As You Are Yoga

Join us one Friday each month for yoga, storytelling, arts/crafts, music, games, meditation, relaxation and more!  Designed for families with children ages 3-10 years.

Please note, children younger than 3 are too young, but children over 10 may enjoy this program.

Family of 4 - $20

Families 4+, pay $3 for each additional family member.  The "extra" fees are to be paid in person.

Join Sybil and Tara for a fun, energizing and meaningful workshop designed specifically for girls ages     9-14. 

Explore awesome yoga poses, meditation that are guarenteed to chill you out, cool character-building games, and more.
